Expected outcomes
1. The bases for the West African Social Forum are expanded and Togo civil society organizations are vested at the dynamic of exchange and partnership of the WASF.
2. Civil society organizations of Togo and of West Africa are sensitized to the negative effects of neoliberal management of the world and, in particular, the effects of debt and cooperation agreements on food sovereignty.
3. A subregional framework for action and intervention for food sovereignty in West Africa is adopted.
4. Strategic alliances are forged between social movements in West Africa, between West African and Northern NGOs around common concerns (cancellation of the debt of poor countries, the rules of international trade trules, food security for all, and so on.…)
