How will be organized the works of reflection

The works of reflection will be organized in panels, plenary and in - thematic shops.

" "The panels: panels will be about themes and various topics, and will be animated by resource persons (politicians, economists, sociologists, and scientifics) of whom the appraisal and expertise on the subject are established. They will be held every day, at hours that will be specified in the room.

" "The plenary: plenary will allow the communicators to introduce the topics to debate in order to help each to well understand them, pledge of their contribution in the thematic shops. The plenary is managed by a moderator and a general reporter of the day

" Thematic workshops:Some groups will be constituted; each dealing obviously with a topic. Every communicator will support the group he is in charge to go all in depth of the topic. To the term of their reflections, the groups will make propositions and recommendations in plenary. The workshops can also consist of panels. Individual thematic contributions under the shape of communication are welcome. The activities will come from the secretariat and organizations candidates.
